Morning Prayer

Also known as Lauds, it is meant to be said first thing in the morning. The hour consists of a hymn, two psalms and an Old Testament canticle, a short reading and responsory, New Testament canticle, prayers of intercession, and the Our Father and oration of the day.

Evening Prayer

Also known as Vespers or Evensong, this hour consists of a hymn, two psalms and a New Testament canticle, a short reading and responsory, New Testament canticle, prayers of intercession, and the Our Father and oration of the day.

Minute Meditations

A thought for the day, question to ponder, or task to undertake that helps us focus on what is really important in our lives.
